We offer returns and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as products are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, contact us first with your order number so we can provide approval and instructions—unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. For damaged or incorrect items, reach out within 48 hours with photos so we can replace them quickly.
