We process all orders within 1–3 business days and ship worldwide, with U.S. delivery typically taking 7–14 business days and international orders 10–20. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays, and any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your address is accurate, as reshipments for incorrect addresses incur additional costs. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier investigation or replacement.

We offer returns and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as products are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, contact us first with your order number so we can provide approval and instructions—unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. For damaged or incorrect items, reach out within 48 hours with photos so we can replace them quickly.
